My i5 - HD5650M sony Vaio E-series can run the game pretty damn good on 1366x765

Must be shitty E8400 then, because it runs like shit on my desktop

My PC is an E8500 (9.5multiplier vs your 9.0) with a 4870 512mb and it runs the game smooth


EDIT: I don't have hi-res ground-textures though so I might be running the game on med-high but it certainly looks better than the screenshots here..

So I run my E8400 @ 3.6 GHZ and have OC'ed my Club3D HD4870 512 MB. Run the game @ 1680 x 1050 yet have to run it on low, only soldiers and textures are on medium

Something must be hogging up ressources or your OC is unstable :S

And is there anyway I can check whether my OC is unstable? Because I'm quite disappointed with the performance my PC is giving me at the moment. Even my clanmate who has a stock e8500 + HD4850 runs this game smoother than me

Hmm, ask the OC guys, Max, Panzer or Finray...

Only advice I can give you is to reset your BIOS settings and see how it runs then...
