k.. watched the first episode. I assume they run 2 hours on TV since the commercial free version was 1:34:00 long.
I didn't see anything of importance that was inaccurate. They just aren't going into great depth .. which I think you need to do if you are looking to understand the how and why of American history.
For example they talked about Paul Revere but left out
Israel Bissell.
They talked about Daniel Morgan and the advent of guerrilla warfare but left out
Francis Marion.
They talked about the French arrival into the war but left out some key french figures, like
Rochambeau and
Lafayette.
The first episode begins with Jamestown and Plymouth. There was a lot going on previous to all of that. Things that were shaping America long before those two settlements.

Now, having said that, I do recommend watching. It's entertaining, even if only elementary.
