In my constituency, there's heavy campaigning by the Conservatives as they see it as one of their targets for a win, billboards everywhere and leaflets coming through all the time. There's also some Labour campaigning but not as much. But so far I've seen nothing from the Lib Dems and anyone else.

It's all fair and good agreeing with Clegg in the debates and swinging towards Lib Dems, but where the fuck's all their campaigning? I don't even know who the hell their running minister is for this constituency. A little more grassroots/local campaigning would help, cos I'm still voting for Conservatives at the moment and if they're (Lib Dems) not gonna bother campaigning in this constituency and giving me more info then there's no point. Need to see how the next few weeks play out between Tories and Lib Dems now, for sure... for me, it's a straight fight between them two.

Same for me... you can't move for "i let 80,000 criminals out early vote for me again" posters. But, tbf my constituency is a lib dem seat. And on my road there's dozens of "i'm voting lib dem" posters in windows. I guess its just yours

It makes a difference, because it's all well and good hearing from one man (Clegg) about his perspective from all the way up there at the top, but what about everything and everyone else? Like I said, more local issues being raised and such. If nobody in this constituency even knows who the person is running for them here and hasn't seen anything about them, how are people gonna expect them to even have a chance.

It's more than just the three idiots at the top and their parties and their nationwide manifestos.

I'm going to be voting Ukip. A vote for the Conservatives means sweet fuck all up here in Scotland, which has been a predominantly Labour country, until recently when Arsehole Salmond took over.

So, I'm voting Ukip instead.

My girlfriend doesn't like this, because surprise surbloodyprise, she's voting for the Lib Dems...

People like Surgeons say they're voting for BNP (troll), and Camface says UKIP. You guys live in the outer countries, why vote for parties like those when you have respectable regional parties like SNP/Plaid Cymru that actually do have a chance of winning (in their countries) and making a difference to their  countries. If I lived in Wales or Scotland I'd be taking a good look at PC/SNP if I was disillusioned with the other big three parties instead of BNP/UKIP or whatever. Look at Northern Ireland, they don't vote much for the mainland parties

It depends on the constituency and how the parties see it I guess. Over here it's a Con target and not so much for everyone else. It's sort of why I don't like this style of voting. But yeah, outside of billboards and leaflets (mainly Tory) there's not much going on here lol.

Where I live is a safe labour seat mek, so I've registered to vote up in Lancaster where I'll be living for the next year or so.

I haven't really thought much about who I'm going to vote for, although leaning towards Conservatives. I need to research more on the subject before I vote.

I work for HMRC (civil servant) so I am basically fucked no matter who gets in.  A vote for torry for me is a kin to punching someones sainted mother.  I did think the lib dems did well in the ''debate'', cleg has had a bit of an obama moment, but I am not all that sure who I will vote for.

I watched the first one, missed the second one. Not sure if we're in for a hung parliament as everyone says.

Don't like the current system, all it means is that solid constituencies stay solid, parties only target the swing constituencies thus you rarely get change in the solid ones. Even then, different parties have different targets. Like my constituency is a Conservative target, so there's a shit ton of Tory campaigning here, practically zero Lib Dem and some Labour. I wouldn't have minded voting Lib Dem, but there's hardly any campaigning for them over here because that's how badly the parties thinks it will do here.

no it's actually more representative and balanced; less diametric, pointlessly partisan and lost beneath ideological-arbitrariness.

the article shows what? im not even a brown supporter, but i recognize that he's an intelligent guy- and a real person, too. there's nothing wrong with becoming frustrated or exasperated when on the campaign trail - especially when your own campaign team arrange meetings with apparently ideologically-opposed people. that was a disaster for his team, sure enough, but it wasn't a disaster for gordon brown. i wouldnt have much time to talk to narrowminded people if i was out trying to win an election, either. it's a shame the media spin things like this so radically... im sure the mass of simpletons will follow the line that calling someone a bigot is equivalent to kicking them in the ovaries and running off with their mother's urn.

Well it is abit of a fumble. Especially since he was all nicey dicey with her, then off air calls her a bigot and starts yelling at everyone. Not that we don't already know that all politicians are like this especially during campaign times, just that he got caught. It's still a fuck up, and you'll always count on the media to pounce on it.

I'd rather he tell it to her face and then give valid reasoning for doing so, probably would have got more respect that way
