I will, I've wanted my licence since I was 16 but I decided to wait until 20 so I didn't kill myself as quick.KuSTaV wrote:

Yeah makes sense.
Although this LAMS thing is pretty damn stupid. Do you have those law changes in NSW?

Adams, where are you going to/from (cause you mentioned back on track lol)? Tbh you really need to walk across it to get any real scenic value out of it. Otherwise, you'd need to be driving south over it to get the best views as those lanes are closest to the opera house/etc.
Well from Wagga to Merimbula, then shooting up the Coast to Qld. Then route that it has planned out has me going along Eastern Dstr (wtf does that stand for) and into the harbour tunnel. I put a little detour on there to take the bridge instead and it all looks fine on the map but I don't know whether it is in practice having never been there. After the bridge I need to get onto Military Rd. We will most likely be on motorbikes with the GFs in a chase car, hence the scenic route.mcminty wrote:

If you're riding thru Sydney on a bike BJ, don't worry about the scenery, worry about everyone driving around you!

as you can see I'm not too worried about the scenery in Sydney, hence the blasting through it, just thought it might be a nice thing on a road trip - if it wasn't too much effort and head ache.
Lol, the eastern dstr is the Eastern Distributor... http://www.easterndistributor.com/home.htm If you are heading northbound on the ED and harbour tunnel you will need an e-tag (or have to call the RTA to pay later). I know the roads rather well. I drive from inner north west Sydney to UNSW 3-5 times a week.. which takes me right over those roads/tunnels/bridges.
Give me a close up map of the route through Sydney? I can help you out
Edit: lolwut @ Military road. It's simple to get to after the bridge/tunnel, but it only leads to the northern beaches.. you'll need to get back to the Hornsby area to get on to the F3 to continue north, right?
