Turns out i've been eating triple the amount of oats in my porridge that your meant to, strangely not a fat bastard though it does explain why I was managing to eat less at breakfast here than I was at uni (fine grained porridge at uni rather than the thick, flat rolled oats here). Makes a hell of a difference.
