Besides, Kolb has been waiting like 4 years now on the bench. I mean, look at people like Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan, and Mark Sanchez. They're all entering their 2nd or 3rd year and they're already pretty good. I could see the same thing happening with Kolb.
