I dunno where have you got that, but its all wrong. Brand tells absolutely nothing how well its going to OC. Every GPU is unique.

And 'older tech @ higher clocks', totally wrong. They got DX11 hw out 6 months before NV.

Download MSI afterburner software. Be sure to use only one monitoring software, or you'll get into troubles. Only afterburner in this case.
