Hey guys i just bought Special Forces but i have a problem and a question.

Problem: When i want to join a SF map it keeps saying i having to put my BF2 content back to normal, but i havent changed anything. And i have no clue what i did wrong?

Question: A friend of mine has SF from the start he went playing BF2. And as i know he got double the unlocks then me. Now i already had like 3 or 4 unlocks. Will i get another 4 or is it bad luck and should i have been playing SF from the beggining.

Did u repatch after installing SF ?

Or if u have changed your bf2.exe file to something else u must change it back before u install patches, booster or expansions.

And if u have 4 unlocks from vanilla BF u will get 4 unlocks with SF :-)

I didnt repatch it. Do i need to download 1.22 again? Or is there a special patch for SF?

No special patch for SF, if u allready downloaded 1.22 u dont have to do it again, but u need to patch with 1.22 after install SF.

SF is in itself an patch referred to as patch 1.0, u might have noticed during install.

You only need to play SF for a second to get your unlocks.

Nope,  I think u need to complete a round!  then when u head to BFHQ u get the drumroll and the unlocks.
