At it again here in a montage of tank vs jet maximum pwnage.
No simple noobish shots in this one... all lateral and chase kills ranging from 165 to 555 meters. (most over 250)
Probably the last one of these that I will do... in this game anyway...

lol.... the odds that it would connect certainly were not good.
I did see his jet descending towards his airstrip as I was repairing, and decided to hop back in long enough to shoot anyway.
But your right.... by the time I fired, I could no longer see him.
Luck certainly tipped the scales against skill on that one.

man i gotta go get me some more aircraft kills and the 1 in 20 thats awesome. I fire alot more then that and hit nothing even when the tank shell explodes on them, man that makes me rage.

Go for the tails... the round should just barely miss the plane to the rear, and you'll get more kills.
Focus on the aircraft.. not the lead point or the aiming reticle.

Hey... I have another clip where another tank and I hit the same jet at the same time... purely by coincidence.
Had it up on youtube for a little while, but the editing I did on it was so bad, I couldn't take it, and I wanted to use it in a vid later.
Maybe i should drag that back out with some other crazy stuff.

lol... of course I didn't get credit for the kill... the other tank did... but it was one of the
craziest things I ever saw.

These jets are too slow to outrun missiles at high altitude.
When facing a lot of AA on this map, flying low is the A10/SU39's best defense against surface to air missiles.

Only the best pilots are somehow able to keep both aa positions/vehicles AND enemy jets at bay at the same time, so they can stay high.
