Basically it states hours of command.
45 points in a round
3:1 win loss ratio.

Question is this a 3:1 win loss ratio while your commanding or overall??

Is there anyway of telling what your command win:loss ratio is?

So are you trying to tell me that I need a 3:1 win loss ratio for every battle not just the ones I command???

I think this may be near impossible, does anyone even have it??

Yes, quite a few people do, but it's extremely difficult to get.
