This is making me tear what little hair I have left out.
I own a fast machine with great graphics card and tons of hard drive and memory...
I went from Windows Vista to Windows 7 upgrade but once i did I started having some problems with BF2...

I keep getting kicked to my desktop and BF2 closes down in the blink of an eye like it was never even opened. No warning, no punkBuster messages no nothing. I can play the game sometimes for over an hour and it boots me out. Sometimes i get booted like 5 times in an hour.

I installed latest patches and still it happens...

I then removed BF2 completely and reinstalled it again with all patches in correct order and still does it.
My AV is turned off and any programs running in background are also turned off.

The funny thing is that i installed the game on a friends comp also running 7 and his works great.

Not sure what I am missing other than that CTRL ESC fix that I cant find or understand.
I have also tried running in XP compat and also Vista Compat...still nodda

Anyone else have this prob? Like i said i do not think its PB as i get no PB error messages.

Thanks in advance.
