Only thing I'm really getting is the feeling that it makes sense, they were old, it probably should of happened sooner. I don't really feel remorse for other people dieing either, I don't take pleasure in others suffering, but its not like I'm really going to give a shit either.

It can be a spectrum, yes.  There are borderline sociopaths.  I've even exhibited tendencies towards it myself, but to be a full-fledged sociopath is noticably different from someone who exhibits the tendencies.

Point I was trying to make was that people in general feel too much and base too much on their emotions, without taking the time to think something all the way through and rationalize it, for example, my grandparents death. I probably took a bad way of pointing it out though. I'm not a sociopath, I'm just not going to give a shit about things that don't really matter.

Grieving is human.  Emotions still serve a purpose, although I would agree that too many people let their emotions rule their logic.

I'd go with "Lack of any empathy" as a good gauge of a sociopath. 
Everything else comes from that root.

The financial and social irresponsibility, hell.. that's just par for the course for most teens and twenties girls,  in-laws, and fraternity members.

Then again, what some may see as a "lack of empathy" might just be "your shit is pointless, and your existence is trite, trivial, and shallow".

As an example, it's kinda hard to empathize with a teenage girl who's all worked up over someone wearing the same outfit to school as she did, when you're working on payroll taxes. 

Or, getting worked up over someone's "OMG t3h 3.3 patch nerf'd t3h Lich King" when you just got back from a friend's funeral.
