70% of the time when I try to shutdown/restart the computer stalls on the last XP screen. Does anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this? Please refrain from leaving obvious fixes.
Don't know if this helps. But my brothers laptop has the same thing when he leaves the mouse in the usb. If he plugs it out on time the laptop shuts down normal.
