I have downloaded the SF through the EA Downloader and get an erroro when trying to install. The error is with some cdkey checker. I have done the stuff from the EA website help, entering the cdkey in the registry. I have uninstalled BF2 and reinstalled it, I have uninstalled the downloader and reinstalled it, redownloaded and still have the same problem. It won't install with the 1.22 patch installed and it won't install it with the BF2 fresh install from the cd's. I have turned off antivirus and antispyware and that didn't work. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. I sent a message to EA support and they told me to uninstall, redownload, and try again with as many processes as I could killed. That is the same instructions I had found on the internet while waiting for their response. I've reinstalled at least 4 times now, and redownloading a gig expansion each time sucks. I've tried both orders, bf2-patch-sf, and bf2-sf-patch, but can never get anything beyound bf2 to install. I'm waiting for another response from EA.
