did u make shure the server runs battlerecorder?

@vinci
most times the files aren't kept very long on the servers, make shure u dowmload it right after that round u played. (sometimes it takes a minute untill they are rdy for dowload)

no better ideas so far

A server can only hold 30 BattleRecorder files at a time, 30 games after yours, it's lost.

Well here's my problem: any time I try to download a Battlerecorder file, it says, "The server has refused to send the file".

This must be because it was more than 30 games ago, but Battlerecorder files never show up in my bookmarks until 4-5 days after they were played, meaning I can't ever download them. And yes, all the servers I play on have Battlerecorder. Fat f*cking lot of good it is, too.

1 for battle rfecordings you should be able to download after every game, if it ses server is off line, that ether means Server hasent been configuerd proparlie, or server simply hasent got BF2 recordert set up

Did a spot of further investigation...

Most of the BattleRecorder bookmarks that show up are from Internode, who run a lot of servers in Australia. I've found out that you can't download anything from their servers if you're on a different ISP. Pricks.

The only other bookmarks showing up are from GameArena, who apparently just haven't got their act together, which is what we've come to expect from Telstra.
