5am is boring. I just wait around for people on the East Coast to call me. Around 7 it'll start to pick up around here.

yay, passed my driving theory test
So, what are some theories behind driving? Mercedes' Laws of Vehicular Motion?

Nice. Be sure to be alert in the driving test itself on where they tell you to turn. Meanies told my cousin to turn into a one way street from the wrong end and he saw it once it was already too late. Instafail.Jebus wrote:

I heard they won't trick you.. but I'm certain they'll say thing like 'turn left as soon as possible', which is basically the same thing.Ultrafunkula wrote:

My parents won't give me any driving lessons, I have to go driving school, ffs.
You will learn how to pass the driving test in driver's ed. It is better than learning from your parents. The driving school will teach you all the proper procedure, then after you have passed the test, you can alter that procedure to fit your driving style.Jebus wrote:

Yes I know, but see. It's over €1000 for 20 hours. Everyone I know is doing/has done it with their parents and passed the tests without any problems.. So I'm thinking it's quite a waste, they could instead just give me the money :p
Woah 20 hours? All you will need is maybe 5 lessons in order to pass the test.

Well in EU it's different I guess.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty certain the following numbers are correct,
when you pass your theory exam, you can either start driving with your parents/take 6 hours of eduction/20 hours of education
After that and 3 months, you can apply to do your 'real' exam.

Seems to variate. Over here it's either completely home school or driving school until the theory and driving tests. This applies only to cars. Not trucks or bikes. They are driving school only type of things.Jebus wrote:
