News Corp already has a deal with Rotana to air Fox movies over certain channels but the ongoing negotiations could see News Corp buying a 10-20% direct stake in the Saudi media giant. Through his personal investment vehicle, Kingdom Holdings, Alwaleed, in turn, is the second-largest shareholder of News Corp, with a 5.7% stake."

So...  Fox News and the rest of News Corp. is significantly influenced now by Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Alsaud, who's not exactly a fan of Israel.  It should be interesting to see if Alsaud will influence future coverage of Israel and Muslims.

It should also be interesting to see what direction Murdoch goes for in trying to keep Fox News's predominantly conservative audience while not offending the Prince.

Remember, News Corp doesn't give a fuck about how controversial it's content is, half their shows are talking shit about Fox network and Fox news. But it makes ratings high. I'm willing to be hajji doesn't really give a fuck about how Fox news operates. Money always beats ideologies.

I brought this up with lowing a few weeks ago.  I plan on buying in next month.

P.S.  Anybody who paid money to watch avatar also helped increase the wealth of Rupert Murdoch  (not pointing any elbows, Dilbert)
