Find a wall.
Kick the ball.
Let it hit the wall and bounce back.
Catch the ball without making it bounce.

You can increase difficulty by kicking harder, more to the sides (makes you run more, etc)

How do you build up self-confidence in a sport?  Specifically, goalkeeping in soccer?  I'm the best goalkeeper on my club during practice, but during games I suck dick because I'm just not confident.
That's cos you're a pussy. You only act like a smartass goalkeeping God on practices but on the field you are not a man. You need to act like a God on the field when it matters. When the opponent is taking a penalty and you're goalkeeping, when you see he's thinking "i'm gonna own you", you just say to yourself "hah i owned ur mum faggot, i am God". Confidence is not a gift only beautiful males like me get, anyone is cappable of being confident, yours is just trapped inside your pussy body. I used to goal keep as well. I was a pussy just like you, owned on practice sessions but didn't do very well at matches until I came face to face with reality - the opponent is a human just like you, he is ugly, you are beautiful so why does he have bigger balls than you, it just doesn't make any sense. Tell him to fuck off, in fact tell everyone to fuck off because from now on you're God and NOTHING matters. That is all.

Really? Sound like you're not cut out for it. Either you have it or you don't. I remember a post a while back on the same subject.

This isn't a lack of skill issue, so those suggestions are meaningless, especially if you are consistently the best player during practice. I know some people who could offer help, so I'll talk briefly to them and get some tips to assist you.

Surely you must have confidence in yourself if you're the best during practice.. you've just got to translate it over to match days. The reason you're probably great at practice is that you know your team-mates and how they shoot and play football. Just stick with what you know, close down opposition, make yourself look big by moving forward and narrowing the angle and just get in the way of that ball as much as you can! Build a relationship with your defence, communicate with them during matches and make sure they are doing their jobs too like holding the offside line. If you concede, so what? Just get back up, you can only learn from your mistakes.

Hope that helps, I had a similar situation when I used to play goalkeeper

One of the keys to performance in sport is staying relaxed but highly focused.
I listen to ABBA before shooting matches, do stretching exercises, mental training, that and worked with sports scientists, read up extensively and so on.

One trick which works for me is to overstress myself well before a match, say half to one hour, wind myself up with the 'oh shit oh shit if I fuck up I'm fucked' routine, after a while it wears off and you're free to calm down, focus and get on with it.

Oh, and you do sport for fun right?
