Depends on what game. Teamwork in, say, CoD4 extends to saying where the enemy are over VOIP... that's about it.Varegg wrote:

not in any match.
Just because you can't spawn on the squadleader doesn't mean you can't play together as a team ... just ask Mint ...Finray wrote:

Dunno I just am.
Only thing that seperates me from being good/bad at games is more than 8 hours sleep affects me terribly.

To be quiet honest.
The hours you put in
Your game knowledge
your handi-coordination
Your 'ingame IQ'
Your lack of interests outside your gaming life
Willingness to drop all social occasions + friends, family ect...
The people who you play with (an equally good pilot fighting for the same spot in your team makes both pilots improve for the #1 spot)
list goes on and on
but you basically have to be a proper proper geek.

no idea but if I've had say 8 1/2 hours of sleep I'm just shit, to the point where I won't even bother playing because I know I'll failandrooz wrote:

there are many many gamers who have no real friends and still suck.
And there are many many games who have tonnes of friends, girlfriends ect and are pro (sii, kitteh ect...)
Wrong. not all gamers play 6 hours a day every dayCammRobb wrote:

What? Thats 6 hours of solid gameplay. Disregard trolling the forums, reading up on matches, chilling out on forums. When I played BF2 properly, I spent about half my time out of the game. Up to 8 hours a day on my PC, geeking it up.Finray wrote:

towards the end of my bf2 career i was only 2v2ing a few times a day/every other day and i was still one of the best pilots outta EU and NA. ownt.
bf2's not a game which needs constant practise at all. most good players can play the same with one match every 3 or 4 daysandrooz wrote:
