I want to get a gun for self defense purposes but according to the stupid laws of my country i can't. I applied for a license and was denied for the second time

Should i get one illegally and hope i don't get caught 'cause if i do i can look at a 3 year sentence?
Or just be robbed again and get a better insurance for my business 'cause i really can't count on law enforcement to do something?

Get the gun at the very top, the one disguised as a cane.

I don't own a safe deposit at the restaurant i have one back at home. Last time they just came through the front door as i was closing and forced me to open the register which was loaded, people tell me that was good because if it had no money they'd probably would harm me physically. It's weird but i wasn't really afraid i was so pissed off i could've blow their heads off if i had a gun.

And if you did do that then you would have just killed a guy with an illegal weapon, this negating the claims to justification you could have made because they were robbing you.

Gun owners - Would you still have one if it was illegal?
Probably, because a new law isn't going to make them magically vanish from my safe.

...or anyone else's, for that matter.

I'd sarcastically wish the feds the best of luck in trying to gather them all up. What a hornet's nest THAT would be...

More justification for a nice game of 'hide-the-body.'

I know. I have a friend who owns a coffee shop who is facing trial right now 'cause he shot a burglar and the thing is his gun was legal but the courts are seeing as a case of excessive self-defense.
Either way i'm screwed.

That's retarded. If someone attacks you they forfeit their life. Who's to say they wouldn't have used deadly force on you?

He shot at their car as they were leaving and the driver lost control and crashed. Good riddance i say but my friend is in a really messy situation.

Well yeah, that's different. You can't run out in the street and start shooting at people

NYC has banned handguns. This guy had a registered shotgun and killed two of the four people that walked into his store to rob him. He received no jail time in the second most liberal city in America

Heard about that. He shouldn't have gone to trial in the first place. I'd rather have guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens than only to a collection of criminals. Buy back programs don't really work...
