They're all in HD, the resolution they're filmed in is much higher than the 1080p you get from BluRay. Even theatres are much higher than 1920x1080. However, the cameras themselves are most likely greatly improved, allowing for more detail to be shown. HD really means nothing but a set resolution.
I have a huge selection of HD movies, but one of my favourite ones to see is actually Speed Racer. The vibrant colours from it are incredible in HD, the movie itself is mediocre, but the visuals are quite nice.
