This just in over A.M. Radio: North and South Korean armies are shooting at each other.

How many countries have been jacked by our mortgage backed securities?

As a nation, our cupboards are empty and our tables are bare.

Never before has so many numbers of peoples lived in such wide spread poverty and uncertainty.

Because of the above axioms I believe these days are ripe with the smell of slaughter.

There is a shortage in the amount of people dying. Ask the green advisor to GB. Ask Little Barrys environmental advisors.

Iran.
North Korea.
Nevermindlands Iraq and  Afghanistan.
ATG....lets get a little focused here.

First, if you read the real info about the incident, you would realize that North Korea shot about 30 artillary shells into water off their coasts into an area they warned people to stay out of. Experts believe it is preparation for a launch. In response, South Korea shot about 100 warning shots into the sky. So basically a bunch of birds and fish were killed. No damage to either side and nothing aimed at one another. It is basically the same BS they pull on each other and it will continur.

Mortgage...I am not sure if all countries have mortgages or use the same system. Yes, it is messed up right now..but I wouldnt call it a conspiracy. I call it "a bunch of morons" who thought everyone in America deserved a home and it came back to haunt us. We are not through it yet so we will see.

Our country being poor, well, we have gone down a few pegs and the same people who pushed the mortgage crises on us are still in power. Spending like money grows on trees. I hope in November, things can change a little.

As far as not enough people dying? Well, that has been the case for years and will be. People are living longer and the populations have exploded but again....conspiracy? No, it is nature and nature will take care of itself..good or bad.

ATG....relax, you got one life to live, enjoy it as much as you can and maybe focus on yourself a bit.

This last incident is nothing really. In November they had a naval engagement in which one North Korean was killed. And I only found about that when they reported this artillery news, heh.

The whole Korea thing is an embarassment for the Koreans. Look how much they hate each other. All because of the US and Soviet union. They were all the same ethnicity, religion and language. Now they hate each other more than ever. One side changing/changed into a Soviet leadership cult, the other one changing into a progressively more Christian Westernised Democracy. This whole era is massive a low point for Koreans.

But I did.

buttholes harshing my mellow.

I think it was the North Koreans prepping for their big "start of WW3" offensive push, tbh.

I understand ATG's point but countries have always played dirty when it came to trade.

Shit, at least we don't have countries pulling shit like the Opium trade and that these days just to crack markets open for trade.
Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.

Look, in case you are simple and were unable to grasp the concept of the OP, read this article;
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid= … bSjYv3v814

and then when you consider my pov that the current financial crysis is part of a broad overall strategy by the united states it is not that mystical.

We have found a place in time when the weapons of war do not go boom or cause a plague.

Nevertheless it is slow, painful and a war of attrition.

The bullets are financial, for now.

Soon there will be a reshuffling of the world order and a new power shall arise from the ashes of the credit crunch and bankrupt nations. It shall have the capital freedoms of the U.S. and the authoritarian heavy handedness of China and Iran. The pie will feel larger for a while because there will be less people that are going to be eating the pieces, but it will not digest well.

Only a poison crop will grow from this governments seed, and the welfare cheese shall be thin and packed with toxic chemicals. Abortions will be contraception and life will be cheap and death shall have no dignity or secrecy because the bodies will pile in the street, like they do now in Haiti.

I know things will get worse before they get better, but I've learned to have an optimistic attitude on life in the past year for me. The anxiety and worrying really got to me, but hope doesn't have to be out of reach, despite knowing gloomy things lie ahead. How gloomy though? I don't know, and nobody else knows for certain either. I sometimes ask though, how is it all going to end? With all the money printing, debt, bailouts, corruption, disenchantment, lack of faith in government, scarcity of resources, how will things end? Hopefully not in a WW III scenario like you feel, if you're being serious.

Face of the globe is always changing. My two cents, for what it is worth.

We could pull out of South Korea and watch what happens.   The youth would probably have a different view afterwards....

No I'm just obeying Europe's official language.

The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility.

As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5- year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English".

In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy.

The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.

Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling.

Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is disgrasful and it should go away.

By the 4th yer people wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and "w" with "v".

During ze fifz yer, ze unesesary "o" kan be dropd from vords kontaining "ou" and after ziz fifz yer, ve vil hav a reil sensi bl riten styl.

Zer vil be no mor trubl or difikultis and evrivun vil find it ezi tu understand ech oza. Ze drem of a united urop vil finali kum tru.

Und efter ze fifz yer, ve vil al be speking German like zey vunted in ze forst plas.
And above your tomb, the stars will belong to us.

Well, by all means, we really would prefer if they could fix it on their own terms.  Think of it as sovereignty.

We will respect their sovereignty by leaving.  Whatever the North Koreans choose to do in consequence is their problem, not ours.
