No kidding..  and they are indeed...  motherfuckers.  Overpaid, lazy motherfuckers that can't compete with Japanese labor....  just like those old motherfuckers at the Post Office that get paid to stand around while the younger workers get paid less but actually do all the work.

Basically, seniority and tenure are cancers in the system, and unions often serve as the carcinogens.
