MW2 Crashes for multiple hosts since this patch.

Title says it all. I am one of the victims of this. At first I thought it was a compatibility issue with Win7. When I load into some TDM the first match plays fine, but when I'm host it crashes after the first map is done, and we are loading into the next map.
