Seems we may have encountered a problem with the mod which I don't if k30 can fix. If he can't we'll have to try going ahead with stock BF2. I think I've found the modified Daqing for use.

The engine is being a pile of fuck. It won't recognize (at all) the fact that I've edited the kits and added weapons. I've checked the code and file structure too, versus other maps that implement it successfully, and it seems to be fine, too. It just merrily spits out stock BF2 kits with stock BF2 weapons. On the other hand, the MH-53 works fine. Even though logically it should either all work, or all not? IDFK
Could we use AIX?

If it goes ahead its looking to be stock BF2 kits on a modded Daqing with the MH-53, if it works. AIX wouldn't work for the setting.
Idea :
This has taken so long to get going, and let's be honest, there's no way this 2nd version will better the first, the way things are going.
Bad Company 2 is only a few weeks away.
We wait, get used to the game a bit and make the 2nd BF2s movie using BC2.
