Listened to about 5 tracks, it all blended into one. Didn't sound any different to any other of that genre IMO.
Won't stop me listening to the rest of the albums, would it be better to post a track listing in the order they are on the album? Then they can be listened in the right order.

Why doesn't that Grooveshark link work for me?
No idea, I've never used Grooveshark before. It is quite possible I've done it very wrong.

british sea power are pretty good, the album suggested is one of their better ones. definitely one of the better bands in the british music scene nowadays, if only because they don't belong to the heterogenous majority of 'indie' british bands that consistently pump out utter wank. if anything, the album deserves some distinction for that. pretty epic soundscapes in parts too, definitely taking a few pinches of ye olde post-rocke.

Carrion and Lately have to be my favourites. Tbh its dragging on a bit though i'll give it an 8/10.
Used to be one of my favourite albums. But whenever I seemed to mention British Sea Power to anyone they'd never heard of them. And yeah this is one of their better albums, a couple of them are pretty wank
