Some have high EA score and low Glabal score and others low EA score and high Global or both. Can someone tell me what EA score means?

as far as I know, EA score is actually not a score but rather your global rank based on you global score.
which means that if you have a low global score you will of course have a high EA "score" because you are far back in the global rankings. And people who have high global scores will have lower EA score.
I've always wondered why chuy doesn't rename this EA score thingy to EA Rank or s.th.
would be much less confusing.
