And it was originally sent by someone working for the Swedish Police dept ffs! :facedesk:
Just now my IQ went down a notch thanks to some lady from southern Sweden.
Id edit and post the call if it only was in English.
It went something like this:
Caller: I can't get in my computer!
Me: Does it give some sort of error message?
C: No. There's some weird username in the username field and I can't log in!
M: Have you tried your own username instead?
C: No.
M: Please enter your own username and password and try again.
C: Oh... ok.
C: Ok, now it's loading my prefs.
M: Good. It seems like it was about the wrong username. Thank you and hav...
C: But it's loading my own settings!
M: .... ...... ................... ?
M: What?
C: It's loading my settings. I don't use my profile!
M: .......
M: You apparently have a common use profile?
C: Yes.
M: Then log in with that one?
C: I don't know the password.
M: ...................................................................................................................
M: Well does your colleauge know?
C: No.

Slowly getting there.
