Hell I'm not going to lie daddy gave me a helping hand, you need a helping hand to get into what I do, having said that I was still massively in debt with loans when I was 21, but I'm an opportunist and get far more decisions right than I get wrong, which is why I have been successful.

I'll go even further and say what I do is fairly easy and enjoyable, buy a house, make it look pretty and sell it for big profits, invest the profits in a new property etc. pretty simple cycle, I see people with far more skills than me struggling to make an income...I don't feel bad about that though, I took my chance. (Jesus, I can't believe I posted that on this forum)

Looking back at the posts, I apologise to you...

Anyway, someone post some pictures of cars....I'm out of this thread until I seal the deal with my new AM, and I'll take photos of me naked on the bonnet, bathing in 50 pound notes with a rolex on, and share them.

The only fools and horses one, though I'm not sure if it's original. In fact I very much doubt it, there's probably a few enthusiasts that have painted their cars up like that.
