Nowdays, new members can only post in the "new users" section of the forum. Here the complete some questions before a mod will "promote" them - this lets them post in the rest of the forums.

Well, whether intentionally or not, he has not followed through with (financial) obligations made to some members of this forum. As such, he would never be taken seriously in this forum by a majority of users. In lieu of certain evidence, Chuy has removed his moderator status. From what I recall.. Chuy temp banned marine for 1 day, and just 10 minutes later we see a new user account "Chuy Is A Nigger!!1111". His attitude at that point had become unbearable, with most of his posts contributing absolutely nothing to the forum. His time of constant free passes and slaps on the wrist had come to an end.
The collective mod though of "enough is enough" came pretty quickly, and that was it. We got rid of him.
