For 50€ it rapes. Both your current GFX and your CPU. But you'll see enormous boost even with your current CPU.

My cpu ain't that bad, bit out of date, but not bad. GPU sucks donkey balls. Can you quickly have a look at the tinterwebs and find me one? I'm a bit busy atm

I doubt you are busier than me. I am doing FPGA chip design, reading C++, studying for Mondays Matrice and logics maths test. + work

Its stock model EVGA 8800GTS 512MB (G92). In all honesty the OC models are bs anyway. Can do it myself if I want.

I'd also like to comment on the HIS card we tested. HIS as always is doing a little extra and should be applauded for that, please give them a visit over here. Their card is as great as the reference card, in fact it's 100% the same. HIS however tops off the bundle, the multi-purpose magnetic screwdriver with LED plus a dust wiper and then a full version of the game Colin McRae Dirt 2 download coupon; well that makes this purchase really good value -- especially in the mid-range segment. As such the award to the right is a gaming essential award we'd like to hand out to HIS.

320gb WD hard drive (this ones making dodgy noises)

Still got to do the complete reformat with the new hard drive this weekend and when i do i'll put 64 bit 7 on it and put the pc up to 4gb of ram (currently only got 32bit xp so i'm using 3gb).

EDIT: the D1 is a miles better card than the old Audigy 2SE i was using until yesterday.
