I use bet365, mainly because they double the money you add to the account, the first time you add it (max £100). This is in Norway, at least.
I also have accounts at Unibet and a couple of others, but bet365 tends to have the better odds, so I prefer them. Also, if they match ends 0-0, you get all your money back

I think we might beat Fulham tomorrow, they are a good side but we have big Kenwyne Jones back from a 3 match suspension and he should be raring to go. He usually plays well against Fulham too. He and Bent look to be a pretty lethal strike partnership.
I'd expect goals at either end though, as our defence is pretty unsettled.

I ended up doing a cheap Fulham/Tottenham accumulator.. £2, 5.04 odds, cba to put more money on those two games, as both are pretty uncertain.. Also, I prefer small bets

Spreading the bets around makes it safer, and also a lot more fun as well, seeing as you have quite a few games that are exciting (Pompey-Burnley for example, ffs I jumped out of my seat when they scored the second goal... For £8... lol.)
I dunno, I celebrate just as much no matter how much money I have on the game. I think when you get to the point where you keep wishing you had put more in it, you should stop and take a break..
