Regarding the topic - misappropriation of funds via gunpoint or government waste.

I don't think using government funds is a criminal act.  I do think that some things the government pays for is "criminally" stupid.
Using govt. funds for what govt. funds are meant to be used for is not a criminal act. Using govt funds for no other reason than to redistribute wealth because it is there for the taking ( as govt. sees it) is stealing, and stealing is a criminal act.

Well I don't agree with you...and you mentioned earlier about you want your tax ONLY for defense and infrastructure.  Fine...but different tax rates = you are getting grifted by that definition.

oh I don't agree with you as there is some benefit to redistribution of wealth...how much difference is what I find as an issue.  I prefer to focus on "government stop spending stupid money"

Bottom line is there is not difference between being robbed at gun point, and being robbed by the stroke of a pen, because you have it and they want it. Your EARNED income is just as gone.

Same thing with imminent domain. The govt wants your land they take it, and they give you what THEY sy it is worth, legally, do you not think you have just been robbed?

Before you answer, please know that what the govt. says your land is worth, is gunna be alot less than what you say it is worth.

Because he's making the choice to gamble on his life. If he thinks he can get away with armed robbery, his short term gains would be higher than the money he would receive just selling the gun. Not really my point. 

Prove to me that robbing someone is the only way to support yourself in the United States.  Even if you are unemployed.  As in, robbing is only option, therefore I can say "well maybe..." to rationalize the behavior.

That would be my point.

If you apply that logic to your last post...you'll understand why I'm going to rob you tomorrow - because I know you are okay with me doing it.
I've said multiple times that robbing people is the incorrect decision. How thickheaded are you? By logically concluding that a motive may exist, I am not in any way, shape or form either condoning the action, or sympathizing with the criminal who makes the decision. I can logically conclude that someone may stick a screwdriver into an electrical outlet, but there is no rational reason why anyone would want to and I would feel no sympathy towards the person who decided to do such an act.

Yes, exactly. Theft is theft. Whether a gun is involved, a computer, or a law degree, the crime is equal.

It's really a thin line before the government starts taking back things, they deem as dangerous..

In New Jersey all Firearms are Illegal and only grandfathered in. Meaning you go hunting and a cop pulls you over, legally the cop has the right to take your gun and it's up to you to prove that it was grandfathered in.

Which makes the current socialist administration, coupled with liberal congress, the greatest criminal threat in our country. This govt. will do more harm to America than any terrorist could think of doing.

My answer is that if the govt uses that tactic I bring them to court.

I said the government funding programs you disagree with is not a crime - I said it's just stupid.  You're saying the same thing, just more flamboyantly
