Can someone please help me   :-D  i DID look through the lists, but couldn't find the answer. I've also looked on other BF2 forums. People ask the questions, but don't always get a positive reply. Most often then get called "noob".

Sorry I don't know what that word means but I see it typed a lot. I guess its cos people will get banned for saying sh!thead or something.



I'd like to add to my post.

I got the ground def badge by sitting in a MG tower on that foggy swamp map (can't remember the name). I only killed a few people and for the rest of the time i sat in the ducking position so nobody could see me. In the end I got fed up and just left the game running cos nobody was coming back. When I got back I had the ground defence badge. But I don't have the GD ribbon  :-/ I must ahve been in that thing or 10min or more.

Same with good conduct. I got one, then it disappeared and had to get it again.

Try searching there for particular badge requirements. I'm pretty sure you just don't have the time requirementes. You need to play 15hours of a particular class before you can get the vet badge.

If it were simply kills in a round etc more people would have all expert by now.


post your player name not the PID, it's not a biggie nor is anyone going to try to steal your account etc.

You already have the vet assault and you are nowhere near the time requirements for the vet armor badge.

This is all easily found in the Awards section of your stats page.

Only just read somewhere that you need to complete the number of hours before you do the actual 12 kills, is this right?

Oh my life.... I give up, man. I've played this game more than enough! I'd have to live on it to hit the remaning targets  :-/

thank you for your help, but this seems like a cheap ploy to keep people playin the game past its shelf life. I think i'll just fly around or snipe people from now on.

By the way, I started again as SolGlo after realising that I'd get no more unlocks until I hit 20000 points as Strapt. I'd got so bored and needed to hear that drumroll  lol. But then the stock weapons were too frustrating and I was just getting DAO'd to death. Went back to my original account and worked hard at it, but now I'm told you have to play 30hrs for this and 100hrs for that  :-o  Are you crazy???  lol.

Can someone please explain how people get 300000 points???! Surely you can't play the game in an enjoyable manner to get a score like that... You must have to reapeat the same thing over and over and over  :-/

100 hrs in a tank, indeed. I assumed it was more like, get the kills and by the time you're almost ready to get anew game you can look back and say hmmm yeah i had a 100 hrs in that. Not actually sit there for 100hrs day after day for each kit. I guess some people like to, though. Oh well.
