Just thought of something as I was writing to a friend.
Fear is a shadow. It always follows you, it mimics every action you perform, but always in two dimensions. The key between what we do and the alternative of not doing it is that third dimension, that depth that our minds can have. If we obeyed our fears, we'd be predictable. Safe in our continued existence, but shallow and unreal.
In this era of terror, financial catstrophe and increasing frequency of lawsuits, has the manner in which we conduct our day-to-day lives changed at all? How does fear change our behaviours?
--Uzique, that means you.
