how bout the glock .40 GAP...knock em down. The deagle is useless, a good handgun in .40 or .45 with a high capacity mag would be good.

As a proud owner of a D.E. mark XIX I can say I would not bring it either.
44.cal and 50.cal are both extremley accurate, BUT recoil is so intense you better land that first shot.
side note: every time you pull the trigger cost you about 2 bucks.

Actual Desert Eagle .50AE? No way. Unless you have gorilla hands it's hard to hold and even with the barrel extension it's a stone cold bitch to keep it on target with the kick.
Now if you wanted to institute a handgun I'd recommend the Jericho by Israeli Arms. In 9mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP. It's a functional side arm with all the looks and just a portion of the size.
But if we're going out for full on fantasy firepower how bout Taurus's Raging Bull firing .454 Casull. Make it real by bluring your vision when the kick sends the frame back between your eyes.
And nine times out of 10 I don't notice what anyone has in their hands when they're shooting at me. I'm concentrating on filling them full of lead.
So I don't know of the intimidation factor with the pistol.

I'd definitely want to unlock the arquebus, circa 1419... I could just see the BF2s unlock page on that bad boy... deviation 15.0, reload time ehhhhhh anywhere from 40 seconds to five minutes. bullet drop would surely be a factor!

edit: i just got bf2 SF and noticed how much the MP7 is pwnage (my opinion) and it would be cool to have it in pistol mode (if you look at wiki and follow the link to the MP7 page at world.guns.ru you'll see that when its all folded it's just slightly bigger then a standard military pistol)
