Both my sports dont have Ref's. We have Umpires. Hockey and Cricket.
I tell my Adults team, the Ladies I coach and all the kids I coach that the most important person/people on the pitch, is not the GK, not the Midfield, not even ME but in fact the Umpires. So dont have a go at them, they dont get paid and probably make less mistakes during a game than you do.
I did warn you.
