If you think you have AIDS (prolly HIV, actually) - then go to a doctor and get checked out. Have you read about the symptoms of HIV infection?
www.webmd.com might be a good place to start. But seeing as how you haven't been getting any lately and I don't think you use heroin or any kind of intravenous drugs, I think you're fine.
