Call me racist but I find that African immigrants (like, not even first generation in the US. Just coming from Africa to make a better life) are usually the hardest working and the nicest. They don't have some sort of grudge against the government and white people because of slavery. Even if it is OK, was it necessary? was it  necessary to subject children to that? and say its OK...definitely not.
This type of shit is long past what is acceptable.
But then again the US doesn't have a racism problem, phhht whatever, pictures and info sharing on the internet will save us yet.

What is a racism problem? Is it white people keeping black people down? Is it spanish people bashing other spanish? The U.S. has a racist problem in relation to what other country.

Human nature dictates that we try to find others like ourselves to fit in so the whole Racism thing is bullshit..

I'm not condoning racism, I just don't think it's a real thing. People who do think it's a real thing are in fact racist, trying for equality means that you actually want to be equal not given benefits for something that you can't control.

Same thing with sexism, women want to have equal rights as men in the work place but then expect different rules because they are women.

If I told a black man that I would not hire him for a job because he was black what would you call it?

See actually not hiring a man for a job because he was black is racist.. That's why I'm for equal rights, I just don't think alot of things that get a racist card pulled on it is actually racist..

False. When Spain still owned Florida white protestant men were all called (derogatorily) "Quáqueros". This was picked up by their black slaves and was mispronounced crackers. So, to call someone a cracker, you are really calling them a Quaker which was the Floridian Spanish word for white protestants at the time. Has nothing to do with whips or anything else.

Aren't' these things actually racist? They're created for the advancement of a certain Race and neglect all other races, it's just simply Politically Correct bullshit that is not actually for the advancement of anyone. If we actually focused on the issues that really matter, better education in poor neighborhood, we'd get further along then saying that this person didn't hire this person cause of their color.
