Well actually not.
A scuffle ensued Saturday when members of the National Socialist Movement (Neo-Nazis) found themselves shut out of an anti-immigration Tea Party protest at the Phoenix capitol.

American Citizens United, who organized the Phoenix Tea Party rally, told the Neo-Nazi group that racist messages were not welcome at the demonstration. The Neo-Nazis left, but two returned, standing defiantly on the sidewalk that borders the designated protest area.

When JT Ready, one of the Neo-Nazis tried to unfurl an Adolf Hitler flag, one of the event organizers became enraged and tried to rip the flag from Ready's hands. The other Neo-Nazi was holding a Confederate flag and a sign that read, "Bring our soldiers home, and put them on the Mexican border." Ready responded by shoving the organizer, sending him tumbling to the ground several feet away.
So Jimmy Carter and everyone else calling the protesters just racist who hate Obama and not truly conservative believers are full of shit or just ignorant of things?

Yeah, there's quite a difference between subconsciously discriminating against people and being a Nazi. Not that I agree with Carter on this issue (as I recall it from several weeks ago).

I think its interesting that the nazis see something in the tea partiers that they like... hmmmmm. Like moths to a flame.

For the tea partiers, its about image control since they are trying to dominate the debate over the future of the GOP.

Yes, it's awful that people want our government to behave fiscally responsible. Just awful.

In case you guys haven't figured it out. Carter has been slowly losing his mind the last few years.

For real? Jumping all over illegals is going to bring us fiscal responsibility in DC. What's next? a gay bash rally to lower taxes

I can't see how tossing some illegals back across the border is going to make a difference. IMO its a rear guard action to try and prevent these people from ever becoming eligible to vote. Which kind sounds like that old neonazi cry "keep america white" and hence my comment that the nazi's must have felt a strange attraction to the event like moths to a flame.

If you want to attack illegal immigration just make employers pay a mandatory $1 million fine per illegal foudn working for them. Its simply supply and demand, dry up the supply of jobs and they will stop coming here. You see that's the problem here, you can't have tacit support for employers hiring cheap foreign labor and then complain that these people are breaking laws by coming across the border to work, when in effect they are being recruited by american employers to break those laws.

If you want fiscal responsibility in DC what you need are
1. term limits in Congress
2. an end to "political" donations, which everyone knows is just grease money for patronage and out right corruption. And that would re-orient the politicans to do what their constituients elected them to do.

I wish the tea partiers would get on top of those two things.

My nightmare would be to see the crazy "racist sign" carrying tea partiers allying with the tea totaling temperance movement, with the minute men and the neo nazis and all of them being lead by crazy wing of the gop and Palin... imo that would be the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst. At least the sane people in the tea party have shown that they disagree with nazis. Anyway, as long as the tea partiers stay on the fiscal responsibility message and move away from the fringe right imo they will be able to do some good for the GOP.

Right, but that's all the tea party movement has been about, fiscal responsibility. You're picking out the two people in the crowd and trying to make them the story which is why the organizers kicked them out in the first place. If I went to an anti-war rally and saw two gay people having sex in public could I then say that the entire platform at that rally was about letting gay people have sex in public?
