Wait till you get on a laggie server. Quite a few times, I jump through a window that appears clear of enemy, then die, with death cam showing me getting killed as I crawl through the window.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

PC or 360 version? I play on X360. The only time there was an interruption was when the host disconnected - the screen/game pauses until a new host is found.Ilocano wrote:

IW has now fucked PS3 gamers over now
IW must seriously love the money that Microsoft is giving them if they are going to release a fucked up patch which stops users logging into PSN all together.
Thank god my copy has not arrived yet, because I was going to go and install that update it before I play it on Friday.
Sure, the thread I linked to contains people who are seriously overreacting (maybe I am too) and they can re patch it, but how the fuck did that patch get released without any testing?

360. Host related, as usual. Some games, smooth as silk. Others, typical lag issues.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

Gogo Gadget Warez-ctrl+c-ctrl+v!
Page 1 of 26 for "Modern Warefare 2"

Singleplayer isn't bad.
Lot's of cool "Oh shit" moments, but gameplay-wise it's kinda "meh".
Definitely worth a play-through though, but not for $60.

I ran over soap and he kept talking...
Single player is great, as CoD has always supplied, but like the man said, certainly not going to pay $60 for it, maybe when it goes <$40.
Check E-bay. I saw it for $39.99 earlier today.DesertFox- wrote:

I still don't understand why people would pay more for a game with less features. It's beyond me.
Also, if someone bought the retail game, then activated it with Steam like you have to, would Steam also keep it up to date and let you download the entire game? (Similar to activating a retail Valve game on Steam)

IW is blaming an "external, third party that hosts the servers" for underestimating traffic, which resulted in overloaded servers for PS3 players. Yet that third party is owned by Activision...
It's really hard to blame IW for all this though. There are few people with the utmost integrity these days. Would I be willing to sacrifice my integrity in the eyes of a relatively (i.e. relative to the massive amounts of console tards) small hardcore community to make massive amounts of money? I'd be an idiot not to consider it.
