maybe they should focus on the console side rather than the PC side, the console side sucks.

Good luck with that, hopefully your friends realize that IW is a joke, as everyone I talk to thinks MWII is going to be the shit.Mekstizzle wrote:
I wish I had a good enough PC to pirate it, the Single Player still seems quite good. I'll just do the next best thing and borrow it off someone for the PS3 when they get bored of it

hmm, look at lan play.
And stating free DLC and cost of DLC together was a bit redundant too.Miggle wrote:

as well as other things that haven't been proven, such as pings.AussieReaper wrote:

The 100+ ping was said in the chat by an IW rep. He said it was great at 100 and played it at 100...Miggle wrote:

And afaik it's not P2P, it's still server/client, but the servers are players.
and there are some that may in fact be better.
Of course, it's still not going to be as good as its prequels, just like any other cod game.
edit: have they even said they were going to charge for DLC?
P2P is everybody sharing everything, no host. They're using a system with a host, which is still a server/client system, but the server isn't dedicated. Think of a lan game.A Queer-to-Queer, commonly abbreviated to P2P, distributed network architecture is composed of participants that make a portion of their resources (such as processing power, disk storage or network bandwidth) directly available to other network participants, without the need for central coordination instances (such as servers or stable hosts).
A port with fucking dedicated servers- the one thing that set it apart from the 13 year old console fags. (Younger bro and his friends) lmao.Miggle wrote:

and how the fuck does anything work when it's taking a whole .1 second to get any information?
CoD4 was an xbox port too.
90 US here? Seriously? Well, that ruined my day.

No it wasn't, the PC version of CoD4 had custom stuff, like mouse control, text chat in game and graphics settings.Miggle wrote:

No, they won't realize shit because they will be making massive amounts of money.Zimmer wrote:

Oh trust me, there will be some PC users who are pissed off enough to hack their site or do something pretty bad. If I had the time, I probably would, just to piss them off.Blade4509 wrote:

What about the removal of Punkbuster in the game and using VAC?
VAC fails so hard it's not even funny.firebolt5 wrote:
