Ok so I am going for my Veteran Support Combat Badge and I have met the requirements. Only one problem I met the IAR kill requirement twice before I hit the time requirement. I didn't get the badge.

So am I wondering was it implied that you hit the time requirement before the kill requirement or what?

yes, you need the time first before the IAR score

Does not Apply to Global Kills.

Lets say you had 93 Knife Kills Globaly and you Busted out 18 in a round you'd still get your Expert because you did reach 100 Global durring the Round.

Probably the same applies to time...if you were 20 minutes away from 15hours ...then it should work. (Untested)
