When you leave the simulation in operaton anchorage, them attacking you isn't a glitch. I thought the same until I went on the fallout wiki.

Spoiler (highlight to read):
Upon completion of the simulation, Defender Sibley and Protector McGraw start a dispute. Sibley does not want to share any of the unlocked equipment with you whereas McGraw insists that "a deal is a deal". The disagreement results in a revolt of the Defender and most of the unnamed Outcasts against the Protector and Specialist Olin, with yourself ending up as a target for the mutinees as well.

Fair enough, just don't be tempted to use the chinese stealth suit for all the other expansion packs. I did, I felt it took away a lot of the challenge. I much prefered sneaking around in my Regulater Duster and Shady hat going... ohshi- did he see me?

Thanks for the info, Phatmatt. I barely had enough time to collect all the stuff, and in the end I was overencumbered, so I had to walk out >.<

I'm not really too much of a stealth player when it comes to this game (which is funny because I love stealth games and always take that approach in any other game when it's an option); I haven't even used a single one of my stealth boys. I like sneaking up on one guy, executing him, then blasting the fuck out of everyone else when they turn around

Although maybe with that Chinese stealth suit I'll abuse it, but have some fun by just running around with the flaming sword chopping people to bits.

I really like the Chinese Stealth Armour. It's great sneaking up on people and turning them straight into ash with the shock sword.

After awhile though the game becomes way too easy. I'm at level 29 with 10000 caps and Well maintained Hell Fire Armour and just about every weapon in perfect condition. After you reach that level of of being unstoppable it just gets boring and you lose your will to continue.

Did The Pitt, Anchorage, and Broken Steel. Don't feel like doing Mothership Zeta, will maybe try Point Lookout.

Should have gotten it on the PC though just so I could use mod tools to make myself challenges.

On a sidenote does anyone else have problems with the expansion packs slowing way down or even totally locking up on the PS3?

A direct hit to the face with a mininuke

Anyway bought Point Lookout today, it's actually pretty fun, one of the better expansion packs. For reason I find it harder than the others. Level 30 with 600 HP, High Damage Resistance from armor and perks and armed with the Gauss Rifle but a band of tribals will still wear me down easily. Maybe it's their weapons.

Anyway the Gauss Rifle isn't really all that great. Without Jet and other AP booster you only get two shots with it in Vats outside of Vats it's easy to miss and the reload is way too long IMO.

It comes with the Chinese Stealth Suit. It's made for stealth attacks. To take people out in one shot.

Enemies get more HP as your levels go up.

I find The Terrible Shotgun (or a regular auto-shotty) is effective on pretty much anything that gets in your face.

I know they level up with you, I just checked though and The Point Lookout enemies get damage bonuses of 35 HP per attack regardless of armor.

So they do regular damage plus 35. It's a nice challenge.

Personally I find the Plasma Rifle to be better against death claws. It fires fast does a a lot of damage and doesn't use that much AP.
See a deathclaw spam a few shots at it with the Plasma Rifle then go To Vats and shot off 4 or 5 shots at it and it's done.

Radscorpoins don't have a weak spot so any high damage weapon works, if you have that one perk which adds 50% damage to insects that should make a difference.

Use the dart gun to slow them way down, then back away and use the plasma rifle or shotgun

I don't use the dart gun with deathclaws. After you get strong enough armor, weapons, perks, and a high level you can kill a death claw a straightforward fight easily.

Winterized Power Armor from the storeroom in Operation Anchorage doesn't ever need to be repaired and since have almost Perfect and all stats raised to 9 along with the Fireant perk the prospect of extra strength or the extra fire resistance isn't needed.

Sure?  I know it has 6000000/1000 health or some insane number, but can't it technically get below 1000 eventually?

I've got the ant strength perk I believe, it's been a while

It doesn't at all and even if it did there are power suits all over the place to repair it.

Yeah that ant perk also adds fire resistance.

Also in Point lookout there is a merchant with 100 repair which is awesome.

They'll nearly kill you again. They're tough there with their weapon bonuses.

Just finished Operation Anchorage. Guess it would've been nice if I bought it right when I started to have some sweet loot. Was pretty fun, though extremely short. Guess you're paying more for the rewards... that I'll have to use on a later playthrough.
