I looked in a few other places, and many of the same questions kept popping up, so they are probably legit.

The really sad part is that it appears the INS doesn't know the difference between 'England' and the 'United Kingdom' either (see the answer to question # 11).  Very embarrassing.

Wales was annexed as part of England, not a seperate Kingdom which united Crowns and Parliament (like Scotland) so it didn't rate.  Not trying to piss off the Welsh, that's just the history of it.
