Ermmm, i never said judo wasn't a sport?

1.5 hours of throwing / grappling with people is certainly going to tire you out, the half hour warm up was pretty nasty too.

Either way, this plus long hikes most weekends is going to make me pretty damm fit, if i can afford to replace all the energy i'm using. :p

Back from college! Some kids on the way there were lucky they didn't get a sparta kick to the back of the fucking legs. Trying to sleep on the train, and he kept stepping on my fucking feet. I'm learning what is available to me at my university, as it is its £3 for 2 hours and i'm pretty happy to pay that for the level of workout it gives me alone.
