Nah ... leave it open, it's been awhile since we last aired feelings and opinions towards the staff and last time it came out pretty good ...

Like burnzz mentioned the staff is first and foremost just regular users and we log in to do basically just the same as the rest of the members

So fire away both appriciation and constructive critizism ...

Of course. I've always looked at moderatorship as just being here to help. I know it is cliche, but we really are here to serve the whole of the community.

The mods on these forums are brilliant, can appear a little icy at times but then you can understand why, especially on a popular forum. The only ones who dislike mods on forums are the ones who get told and don't like being told, theres plenty of those type on BF2s.

Its easy to say The Mods are cocks for whatever reason because they deleted a post but look at them like bouncers on the door of your fav nightclub.  If you dont like them, go to another nightclub.  They are here for your protection.  They must do a lot of work that we will never see.  Whatever they do do they don't get paid for an thus are volunteer's.

Id love to be a mod now, I never used to, but Im sure I would have to change the way I write and of course being here 9-5 Mon to Fri only means I cant committ as I should.  I do think though my age is on my side rather than against.  I would stop a shit load of arguing, I saw FM in a thread somewhere telling some of you to STFU.  There should be more of that, from out of nowhere this place can become all to serious.  I am a great Dad and I would bring you lot up in the virtual world in the same way.  However Im not needed as this place isnt broken so don't try fixing it, for now Im happy to sit here and when asked offer my advice on anything, from cooking a roast dinner, to shagging a fat ugly bird.

I think this place is policed brilliantly, I slapped my own ass the other day in the 10 worst places to live thread, someone deleted all the spam and I knew I had done wrong (un-intentionaly) and Im old enough to tell myself off without getting a pm saying so.

I dont have a fav Mod I love them all and hope everyone else appriciates what they do for us, as Burnzz points out they are members here to.  We can log in and just post what we want within reason, they have to log in and do jobs here and think and look at posts in a differn't light.

I wouldn't bum any of them though.
