They said specifically not to choose Cosgrove, too cliche. Choose an actual role model that you actually find to be one. They will know in a sec if you are lying.

The application process really isn't that hard. Just don't get nervous. I've got my letter of offer for ACO and ATCO in RAAF through ADFA and also got the ADFA EA.... Was a walk in the park
