Stats blocked for 30 seconds?

I had this happen last night.
I was MEC on K-town. A group of us went into the Hotel Alley and Two of the group got toasted by a 203. I revived one and the other medic revived one. |Continuing fighting . We returned fire and caught another 203 this time taking out 3. So I revived two. When I went to revive the third I had STATS BLOCKED 30 seconds come up in white where your points and who you killed/killed you.
Ill try to post a pick.
I guess this is the new stat pad proctection.

Yeah, it might be to stop stat padders cheating, but I had it happen once - I threw some ammo bags near an AT soldier, and he was popping off rounds left right and centre at vehicles, people and anything else that moved, so I threw all of my ammo bags near this guy and the message came up. I know that if you hit the page up/page down (which gives a yes or no response verbally) a voice comes on and says "stop yacking and get off this net" and a message says blocked for 30 seconds or something. But, yeah, it happens.
