You have a two party state - effectively a single party state owned by the corporations.
High levels of poverty, crime, drug use.

As far as healthcare goes, I am wondering why people that are able come here for treatment, not otmention the fact that I do not see you living any longer than us.

Nope but our country was built from scratch, and yes, in less than 150 years was ones the rest of you turned to for money and guidance through the 20th century

Not really built from scratch.

Plus you cannot deny that in terms of resources (the non-human kind), America has quite an advantage.

Plus it does help that you are the only really major power on that continent so you haven't had to deal with the devestation of wars for 150 years... America only really emerged as a global power after the existing powers blew themselves to pieces (Germany, France and Britain)

I seriously think that illegal immigrants have less an impact on national statitics than you think. I think to rely on that as an excuse is a bad idea seeing as it amounts to nothing more than turning a blind eye to a potential problem.

People flock to the US for treatment mostly due to specialists. If someone has a strange or uncommon illness or disability the US will generally have the people who can deal with it, (or at least have a chance of doing so.) That's nothing to do with the healthcare system it's to do with the simple fact that America houses the right people for the job. Likewise specialists from other countries, (e.g. Canada,) flock to the US for the very reason that such specialties exist.

You do realize that the Soviet Union after "winning the war" kept the countries behind the iron curtain for the remainder of the 20th century, while the US left the nationals in control. Hell the US even rebuit Japan. The Soviet Unions involvment was more of a land grab than liberation.
